All payments made on Montreal-Clubs.com New Years Eve page (http://www.montreal-clubs.com/new-years-eve-2005/montreal/party.php) are processed through PayPal's (http://www.paypal.com) secure payment system. The seller (party receiving payments for tickets) identity is enicolov@montreal-clubs.com.
Confirmation Email
Once a payment is processed, in addition of any emails possibly sent to you by PayPal you will receive a single confirmation email from newyears@montreal-clubs.com, including your purchase number, purchase info and ticket delivery info. PLEASE PRINT AND KEEP THIS EMAIL. This email WILL BE NEEDED when you receive your tickets.
Ticket delivery
The tickets can be delivered to you in person on the 29th, 30th and 31st of December 2004. As indicated in the confirmation email, you will be required to contact one of our delivery assistants, either by phone (514-578-6689) or email (newyears@montreal-clubs.com), in order to arrange ticket delivery. If tickets are not delivered in time, they will be available for pick up at the venue on the night of the 31st. To receive your tickets you will need to present a valid photo id of the person who made the purchase and present the printed confirmation email.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF REIMBURSMENT OR EXCHANGE (except in the case of event cancellation)
