She's been in the bartending scene since the tender age of, let's say 18. She has the looks to kill and the skills that go with it. Now bartending at Shed Café, we caught up with her to discuss nightlife, tequila, and geo-political affairs - by geo-political affairs we mean hard core nudity!
Where you've seen her:

So tell us about yourself?
Well, I've been bartending for a while now. I also have a degree in fashion from LaSalle College. I worked in the fashion industry, but I hated the 9 to 5 so I went back to bartending.
Coincidently, we also hate the 9 to 5 routine; we are more the 4 to 5 type of people. But when you say "going back to bartending", it seems like you've worked at a lot of places, where else did you bartend?
I've done Groove, you know, back in the days. I've also worked at Living and Café des Éclusiers. And now, obviously I'm at Shed!
There are lots of jobs that are not 9 to 5, what's so cool about bartending?
Well at first I was in school so it was all about the money...$500 a night when you're in school is unbeatable. Now it's more the atmosphere and the people, not to mention it's NOT 9 to 5!
Not to mention that it's easier for us to stare at...umm...you. Where else can we stare at you?
Well I go out a lot, but I've mellowed out. I like places like Le Blanc - places where I can sit and talk to friends.
What's the best place to work at?
I think Shed is the coolest.
That's a surprise...what's wrong with the others?
Well at Groove I was really young and it was my first bartending job so I was really nervous - not to mention I used to work on their Gay nights. Living is pretty crazy. Café des Éclusiers is fun but it's only during the summer, so there's no time to get to know your clientele.
Gay nights? How does that differ from non-gay nights?
It's just different...transvestites and all, but it's hard to say, it was my first experience in a club.
I guess you didn't get picked-up a lot during the Gay nights. What does it take for a guy to sweep you off your feet?
Well first off, there are two types of guys - the ones that are interested you and the ones interested in your title, as bartender. The ones there for the bartender don't care about the girl and I don't like that. I mean there could be this amazingly hot guy and I'd be, like, WOW! You know? But that's not enough. I like to know the guy actually cares about me, he has to be a regular - comes in often, talks to me. I'll never give my number to a guy that's only spoken to me once.
Guys must buy you a lot of drinks, what do you prefer - Tequila White or Tequila Gold?
Gold! White Tequila makes me go blahhhhhhhh!
We'll stick to the Gold then, but then what's the most that you drink while working?
Well some nights are slow and some are just one shot after the other. You can end up drinking a lot…but I never get drunk...I still need to work you know!
Funny, getting drunk has never stopped us from working…guess that's what we call functional alcoholism. But party-goers do get drunk when they go out. What's the craziest thing you've ever seen?
That has to be at Living...these two guys got up on the bar to dance...NAKED!
I'm sure it's the highlight in their life. You know this leads us to the ultimate final question...what's the craziest thing you've ever pulled?
Leaving stuff to our imagination is pretty dangerous, but we must admit, that's one of the hottest answers we ever got.
