If you are looking for something to do on New Year's Eve and the condos at Mont-Tremblant are booked, you can do like us and sit with your family watching Dick Clark ramble away while this big fucking ball falls from the sky…I mean, party the night away…Here's a list of some events that look pretty cool, so you might want to check it out, or not. But beware, what goes up must come down, and what we mean by that, is that don't start your new years with a high five, don't be fool and wrap your tool!!!

Holiday Inn - Chinatown (99, Av. Viger)
What better than to celebrate New Years in Chinatown? Nothing! Why is that you say? To that we answer - Why not and stop bugging us. Dynasty Promotions, whom you may remember from other parties such as Divine Fridays at ENVY and SHOW Saturdays at Publix, bring to you their biggest New Years bash since…umm, last year! Top DJ's, free Champagne and live countdown from NYC include, batteries on the other hand, are not.

Apocalypse 2004 (Undisclosed)
This is a guaranteed huge bash (hugeness not guaranteed) that promises to outdo last year's fiesta. Local and imported DJs will be spitting out some brilliant tunes, and definitely an event to experience if you're in the mood for something huge and vibrant (we could crack a joke packed with sexual connotations, but we're more mature than that). Party Time 2004
Come and celebrate New Year's in Montreal at a private location on one of the trendiest and most happening streets in Montreal. You will be dazzled by the decor, impressed with an open bar at your disposal beginning at 8p.m and ending at 10p.m., excited by the sounds of 3 of Montreal's finest House & R&B DJ's. Celebration 2004 (Bell Center)
514 Productions and Gillett Entertainment Group are an apparantly much awaited New Years Eve event: CELEBRATION at the Bell Center. This year's prestigious and grandiose event has a unique theme: Rewind to the Future. Celebration becomes a musical review, a retrospective of the best hits of the years 80s, 90s and 2000s, a glimpse at the past sounds and a progression towards the future, from the electro-clash of the Eighties to the old school and house garage hits of the Nineties, finishing up with the tech-house and progressive house hits of today and tomorrow. Celebration 2004 is a reminiscence of our underground culture, of electronic music, and a look at its evolution and its infamous anthems that have aroused dance floors worldwide. Get more info

Her Majesty
London Club (3523 Saint Laurent)
Ring in the new year in London with her Majesty. In case that's not your cup of tea, you can always go to London Club at their Her Majesty New Years bash. The doors open at 8pm and all is good from there on...sushi and open bar from 8 to 10pm, Champagne and free entrence for Thursday January 1st. Winter Wonderland
Mile End Bar (5322 Saint Laurent)
If you want something a little more down to earth check out Mile End. The theme for Mile End's New Years party is Winter Wonderland. DJ's Romeo Kardec will be spinning on the 2nd floor and Sean Kosa on the 1st. There will also be some special guests. The proverbial champagne will be served at midnight for a guaranteed good old Mile End-style party…x10. Presale tickets are $10 and it'll be $20 at the door the day of and it all starts at 9pm.
