| A bit of a tradition among the French-speaking Montrealers, the Belmont is probably one of the few “French-speaking” places that don’t follow the Saint Denis style of things. I see this place as more of a club than a bar. Even though there is still a room where you can sit, drink beer and play pool and foosball, the dance floor is never far away. A friend once held her birthday party there and it was a blast! This is definitely a destination to consider if you’re into more of a dancing mood, than a sitting back and drink mood – all the while still chilling in a Francophone environment. |

Good atmosphere but the DJ wasn't too good and the crowd young, like at La Boom.

it's a cool place where you don't find poeple under age.they play all kind of music from 80's to now, there is a bar section, dance floor and you'll fin some cool guys and girls.

tres sympa mais il faut a tout prix y aller quand jef et sa gang de judo y sont ;)
pour les "m'as-tu-vu" il y a 2 grosses estrades de chaque cote de la piste qui peuvent supporter 6 personnes sobres (sinon 3).. le repertoire musical est tres varie, musique francaise, quebecoise, latine, pop rnb etc....
