| Full of fake palm trees and kitschy surfer murals, Copacabana is an aesthetic nightmare that you must simply love. Not only is it a good spot to have a quick drink or spend a relaxed night among friends, but they also offer some really good Malaysian food. You can either sit at the bar, chill at a table or play pool in the back of the bar. But beware; if you’re looking for a trendy Saint Laurent bar, Copacabana might not be the spot for you. This is very much like any smaller, friendly neighbourhood kind of place. Sit back and enjoy. |

The new Copa is really great. People are very nice there and it actually feels like a bar all and not only a certains crowd. The new food is really great especially the Rock Cooking, and i really like that new Bresilian Cocktail The Caipirinha only a 3.50. This bar Rocks!!

I love the new Copacabana. Finally someone changed it and made it nicer inside. It's warmer and more welcoming. I actually feel like going in there now and having a drink with my friends. Love it!

I used to love copa for the music but last weekend I went (it was 3 months since I last went) and they changed almost all the staff. I was assaulted by a power-tripping bouncer because I asked him a question right after he asked me to move from the stairway (which wasn't even busy). I just wanted to know if he could tell my friend I was downstairs but apparently asking a question is a crime. I was about to leave but I guess I wasn't fast enough. He started pushing me up the stairs and outside even though I was walking! The agressive behaviour was unecessary and I didn't even have my coat. I understand that soemtimes they do deal with annoying people but my friend and I were polite AND LEAVING. There was no need to push for asking a question. I am disgusted by these power-tripping bouncers. Some people just want to dance and don't deserve this type of treatment.
