First night up in montreal me nd my friends bounced around from acouple bars nd clubs then found this place. Cheap drinks, good service,fun crown,nd the staff is all very nice including the bouncers just dont screw with them lol. We ended up stayn there most of sat night to. Great place, I highly suggest it.

Went on a weekday, cool place. Wasn't too packed, but what would you expect on weekday in late August?
Place had a very dingy yet immaculate feel, good music and great service. Drinks were cheap but good.

I thought it was amazing...!Every bartender and bouncer was great and personable. Shooters are only $2.00 and taste great, its loud with great music and a dingy/fun interior

To any one who went to the original Hatters on Metcalf, you'll understand why I think this place doesn't compare. It was the ultimate dive and you can never replace it. Its memory lives on to a slightly different beet now but once a Hatters fan, always a Hatters fan.

if you got yourself a good group of friends, then you're good to go. friday nights get loud and full of people. i wouldnt say that it's THE PLACE TO BE but it's a cool place to hang out.the bouncers are nice

On our second night some people told us to go check out this place. That was the best advise I got all trip. Everyone in this place is awesome, and I mean everyone. The drinks are priced very reasonable and the whole atmosphere is really relaxed. This place is a MUST see when you do to Montreal!!!

It used to be good... It was THE place for people stuck in the 90s to hang out, drink and meet new people. Last time I was there, the under 18s were dancing on the bar to club hits. It's totally gone downhill but they have a great terrasse and the service is always fast. Cheap alcohol too.

what can i say about hatter's. Well first and foremoist if you land up there on a tuesday night it's either because your an alcoholic or a regular. You very easily become addicted to this place. It in some ways becomes your home away from home. And it's the people you meet that make it that way.

On my vacation to Canada, we Stumbled (literally) upon the Madhatter, and spent the whole first night there, on the second night we ventured into the city and ended up once again at the madhatter. It has an excellent environment, the workers and the clientel are all very friendly. I will be back again.

This place is the bomb on fridays. The Dj kicks ass and the people are really cool. its the kinda place where you can meet and talk to anybody.By the way the bathrooms are terrible damnnnn....
